Know your gear

Seller will perform the following: Installation of SnapView™ Module and SnapSure™ Module.

PROJECT SCOPE
SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
SnapView Module
• Installing, configuring, and activating SnapView software
SnapSure Module
• Installing, configuring, and activating SnapSure software
• Providing Customer a list of potential EMC VNX updates
Discussing: EMC VNX and Local Protect operational manual
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Placing installed and configured unit into production environment
• Obtaining formal EMC product education, as necessary (beyond the mere summary provided hereunder)
• Providing two (2) weeks’ advance notice for any required Seller travel
ENGAGEMENT PLANNING & MANAGEMENT
The following planning tasks will be performed:
1. Internal Project Technical Planning
2. External Project Meeting
3. Project Management
OUT OF SCOPE
• • Placing any installed or configured unit into production environment
• Any other Services not specified herein.
ITEM(S) PROVIDED
1. VNX Local Protect solution configuration documentation
SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order.
CUSTOMER LOCATIONS
Seller will provide Services at mutually agreed U.S. location.
PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
1. Customer is responsible for providing all physical and network access, properly functioning hardware and software, and qualified personnel necessary for Seller’s performance of the Services.
2. Customer will provide in advance all applicable Customer safety and security rules/procedures.
3. Customer is responsible for all data, including back-up.
4. Customer will provide reasonable cooperation with, and support of, Seller’s scheduling and performance.
5. Customer will sign Seller’s project sign-off form upon completion of the Services.
6. All Services will be performed at a single site.
7. All Services will be performed during Seller’s normal business hours.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects”, accessed via the “Terms & Conditions” link on Seller’s website (the “Agreement”), which are incorporated herein.
