WGS Tier 2 includes WGS Tier 1 plus the following: device OU move and population of one device Custom Field (Asset ID, User, Note or Location) in the Admin console (if desired) or population of up to two device Custom Fields in the Admin console. WGS Tier 1 covers updating a single Chrome OS device to the newest approved Chrome OS release available at time of configuration, then performing enterprise enrollment and Wi-Fi device policy validation.

SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

SELLER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• The device required for install will be unboxed
• The device will be thoroughly inspected for physical damage or blemishes
• Any defective components will be replaced from CDW’s inventory
• The system will be updated to the newest Chrome OS stable-channel release version available to the device at time of configuration
• The device will be enrolled to the customer’s domain by performing enterprise enrollment and validation
• The device will be verified that the Wi-Fi network device policy was fetched
• The device will be moved to a specified OU and population of one device Custom Field (Asset ID, User, Note or Location) in the Admin console (if desired) or population of up to two device Custom Fields in the Admin console
• All configurations undergo a comprehensive Quality Control process
• The successfully configured device will be re-boxed for shipment
• The device will be moved to the OU specified and / or Custom Field(s) updated as specified by the customer

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following tasks:
• Customer will purchase a Chrome Management license
• Customer will create a Chrome Admin Management account in Google Admin Console
• Customer will create a dedicated enrollment user account
• Customer will create a Limited Admin user account
• Customer will complete CDW Chrome White Glove Service questionnaire

ASSUMPTIONS
• Seller’s Account Manager will create install configuration and include service EDC(s)
• Seller’s Account Manager will enter specific any additional instructions in to the Installation Notes on the order

OUT OF SCOPE
• Configuration of any network settings
• Data capturing
• Installation of an asset tag on the device
• Installation of software application
• Installation of any hardware components
• Any performance tuning, system optimization or similar activities
• Performing any Services not specified herein

SERVICES FEES
The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order

PROJECT-SPECIFIC TERMS
• Any changes to this SOE shall require a Change Order executed by both parties

CONTACT PERSON
Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms and Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein
