Rated 5 out of 5 by from Disappointing experience My Canon Pixma printer stopped working at the same time I was notified to buy new ink cartridges. I bought new cartridges and installed them and my printer still did not work at all. It seemed to go through the steps of printing only nothing printed on the pages. There does not seem to be any diagnostics I can go through to see what the problem is. I extended the warantee through Best Buy where I purchased it. Unfortunately the extended warantee expired. I expended a lot of dollars for ink for a printer I'm immediately looking to discard.

I ended up buying my toner online through Canon themselves and the whole process was straightforward and didn't take very long to get into my hands. It even came with a free gift of photo paper. Overall, it was a pretty straightforward experience and I wouldn't mind purchasing my toner here again.

It was also helpful that a "twin" pack was offered because those tanks seem to run out much faster than all the others. Shipping time was also reasonable.
