Rated 5 out of 5 by from Web site difficult to navigate for purchasing ink. I’ve been buying printer ink for years from canon. Purchasing several colors of ink, including black proves challenging. Many of the ink colors are bundled together, I prefer to purchase single units of ink color in the quantities I need, instead of having to purchase a color bundle or black bundle. navigating, and setting up the ink order is cumbersome. However i am glad i can finally opt out of receiving reams of photopaper as a gift. I will never use. A serious waste. Thank you for the ability of opting out of this free gift.

Can’t address it right now because I am on vacation. I am very please that I had this email to respond to in order to air my issue. I am very hopeful that this can be resolved in a timely manner.

Funny thing is, it’s the color ones that don’t last....hmmm. I’ve spent in just a year or so FAR more in ink than for the printer itself. I like the Pixma 6800 series printer quite a lot, but am currently searching for a replacement, due to the apparently engineered, short lasting, and very expensive ink

The toner is expensive and does not last long. I change my print options to use less ink ( I don't need high quality printing but still I go thru a great deal of toner. I have only used the canon ink and not the cheaper generic ones, so I would have hoped there were a better quality.

My only complaint is that it runs out EXTREMELY fast!!!... and it is VERY expensive. This causes us not to want to print much, which defeats the purpose of buying this printer.

I mainly use mail order as the XL cartridges I prefer are sometimes not available in stores. I like the free shipping and sometimes I get free Paper with my order. No free paper this time. And I mistakenly ordered regular cartridges instead of XL, but I will be more careful in my ordering next time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Double check your colors. Speed of delivery was good. My only complaint was that this set is missing one of the colors my printer uses, tan I think. So make sure all the colors you need are in the set. I'll have to buy that color separately this time, and hope I remember my mistake next time. Does it really have to be this hard?
