Rated 5 out of 5 byAmy S from Great QualityI was sent a free TS6020 Canon Printer to set up and give an honest review of this product. Overall, I would highly recommend this printer. It has a slick design and I love that I can scan, copy and print. The very best part is that I can print right from my phone to the printer. Set up was a bit difficult for me as I am not the best at setting things up. I prefer an instruction manual for step by step instructions and this came with very basic set up instructions and a disc for more detailed instructions. The 1st computer I was setting up didn't have a spot for a disc so this slowed things down. After I got the hang of it things went smoothly.

I am not a computer geek and I had no difficulty in setting up the printer. We would not hesitate to purchase this printer again.

It's also super fast. What I also like about this printer that it's Touchscreen friendly.

After using for the past 10 days here are my findings. Let me start out with the unboxing of it. On the day I received it, it took about 20 minutes to remove to being completely setup and ready to use. I feel this was very reasonable and easy to do. Next was setting up all the devices in the house to use it. What I found very new and interesting was, in the past I would have to install software on each device either by placing a DVD in the drive or downloading it from a website. With this printer all that was needed was a link that I entered in to the browser which walked me through the steps to installing the drivers. I found this to be very user friendly and easy to complete. Next I would like to talk about the print quality and speed of the printer. As for quality, I found that the print was very clear and clean as well as very detailed when it came to color pictures. Speed wise I also found that this printer was as fast if not faster than previous printers that I have used. The one thing that I did miss in this printer compared to others is there is no auto feeder so if you need to copy many documents you will need to lay them on the scanner bed one at a time. Overall I would rate this printer a 7 out of 10. I received the product as a part of the STARS research experience in exchange for my honest opinion.

I LOVE that it prints fast, efficiently, and beautifully. Our one small complaint is that the front panel needs to be opened to print, which makes perfect sense, but it does not have the "sleek and compact" look as when it is sitting on your desk. We scanned documents, made copies, and printed both documents and pictures from our computer AND phone wirelessly! We really are happy with this printer/ copier/ scanner! I am not 100% computer savvy so my friend helped me install it, and she said it was MUCH easier than others she has installed in the past. It took us a few times to trial out prints, but it wasn't too hard! We are satisfied and would purchase it if we didn't receive it. Thank you.

Super easy install directions meant I was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I love that I can print anything from anywhere in my home with a couple of clicks. I am also very pleased with the print quality, and the ability to quickly and easily adjust settings. I would love if it was a little smaller, just because space is a priority in my home, but overall it`s a really great, easy to use device. I received the product for free in exchange for a review, but I tell it like it is!

There were two features that really made me excited about this printer: the ability to print wirelessly from multiple devices and that the company that makes it is taking initiatives to put less strain on our environment--which should be extremely important to everyone. The first thing noticed when I took it out of the package was that it was well-packaged but not hard to unpackage. I have used printers with the same features as this particular printer and can say that the size is comparable and even a little smaller which is always good in my book--we can all use a little more space! It was ridiculously easy to set up--you don't even have to plug it into your computer! I'm not super-tech savvy--I was using this in less than 10 minutes from pulling it out of the box. This machine is great! With just a couple of taps on my phone it was printing pictures--and very nice quality pictures, too. I had to print out some charts for work and they were beautifully clear. I used the scanner several times and the process was simple and user friendly. The image was perfectly clear on my computer, not grainy at all. The copy function was faster than expected. I had to make 20 copies of a 3-page piece of music (don't worry, no copyright infractions here). It was great--saved me paper by printing two of the pages front and back and on top of that, it did it automatically so I didn't have to sit nearby and feed the machine by flipping the page over. I used this machine for two weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed it. If you're in the market for a new printer, or would benefit from a wireless printer (it's amazing being able to print from your phone!) then I'd whole-heartedly recommend this Canon Pixma TS6020.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDavid P from Not your fathers printer.I have used my free Pixma TS6020 for the last 2 weeks and I am really impressed and happy with it. The set up was so easy, or "seamless" to use a buzz word. I love the wireless connection to our PC and all of our mobile/handheld devices. The print quality is very good and fast. Separate ink cartridges for all of the colors is always a bonus. The printer has a really cool feature to print on both sides of one piece of paper, but I haven't fully mastered how to control this option. I look forward to exploring this printer more.

My favorite feature with this printer Is the touch screen, it makes it so much easier to use than the one I have been using.I first printed some random pages from the internet and was impressed. My ultimate Test was printing photos with photo paper and I have to say I was extremely happy with How they turned out! The color was spot on and You couldn't tell it was printed from homeAnd not at at a local photo shop.
