It has the features that I want for an affordable price. Don't give any credit to the people that gave 1 star reviews, the printer is great! USB cords are all over the place and they are cheap. This printer is a good product.

Unless they clearly identify this product requires a separate purchase of a USB cable in order to use, it is in my opinion, nothing short of deceiving. Customer service was polite but could tell even they found it ridiculous. Will not be buying Canon printer again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good printer except for envelopes This printer is fine for standard printing and photos. But is very difficult to print standard (N°10 envelopes: they have to be printed as 4 x 6 cards. Canon should update the printer software to correct this annoyance.

I was thinking because it’s WiFi it would be a simple install. I had to buy one. if it was supposed to come with one I would like it thanks. But love the printer so it’s cool. A real space saver with quality work!

Not happy that I was told this had a scan feature along with phone wifi printing as well. SPent the same amount on my HP and it had many more features.

Setup was on a Macintosh on hooking it up following instructions no model number to be found. After a non mentionable experience with tech support. I have been a canon customer for over 20 years both printers, scanners and DSLR cameras. Have never experience what I did with tech support. Always a canon customer my lower rating was my contact with support or lack of

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for the money - it’s a workhorse. Do t be swayed by the whiners and the crybabies on here who give a 1-star review because of a SHIPPING issue. That’s not an accurate product review. For the size and simplicity of this model, combined with the ridiculously low cost, you cannot beat it. It doesn’t fax, it doesn’t copy 500 sheets at a time, it doesn’t make you toast, and it doesn’t initially come with a hdmi cord. (Wah!) For what it is: it’s a great buy and a workhorse. Post-COVID, I needed a printer for my at-home office as I print out about 20 sheets a day for work orders. This fit the Bill perfectly without breaking the bank. I don’t work for the company: I just like to leave good, honest reviews. I’d buy 2 more of these without question.

Easy to setup and understand (Windows 8.1. Although, I prefer a separated container for each color ink like those Canon's big printers, but understandable because of the cost and compact size. I placed order and got the printer in just two days in perfect condition, on Saturday.., sooo happy~ print print print.. And the printer is made from a trustworthy place, feel secure to use. Thanks old friend, Canon.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Know what you're ordering, it's perfect A bit difficult to find the Mac driver online--it is compatible!--and strange that it doesn't come with a USB/USB-A cord. That aside, this is a bargain of a printer. Easy setup, economical with ink (which is included!, quiet, fairly swift, compact, and Canon quality printing. The pandemic has made it difficult to get to the library or office store, so being able to do my own paperwork and essays at home (and being the friend with a printer) was priority without a hulking multifunction device taking up space. I am so happy with this device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect For The Price! This printer is exactly what you are paying for. I didn't expect anything more or less. It was easy to set up, just follow all the instructions. It prints just fine. Its not a super fine print but for the money it is great! If your looking for a picture perfect HD print pay the extra money otherwise this printer is just fine for what the price is. The ink will probably cost me just as much as the printer, but what inks are not pricey. I would recommend and but this printer again if needed.

I waited 3 weeks and called customer service who told me that my account was locked up and needed to be released by a supervisor. She then said they tried to charge when it finally came in but didn't go through. So instead of sending new email they just locked up my account. I said to go ahead and charge now and they said it's on backorder again. I asked if they would wave the fee or "express delivery" considering all the mistakes they cause and she refused. I told them to CANCEL my order. Jerks.

Seems to be a nice printer - was hoping I could find a generic Canon driver to make it work under XP, which was still pretty common when this was new, but alas, there is some kind of incompatibility with both the installer and the online, Windows based installation. I'm disappointed in the lack of support for older systems, but I may keep it around because it's more trouble than it's worth to try to get rid of it. It would have been my fifth Canon printer, but likely it's the last now.

This printer was orders over 3weeks ago with communication or anything from you guys, then when I complained and told you to cancel this someone processed the debit to my card the next day. That’s not being sincere please, kindly cancel and I already disputed this debit in my card so you will hear from my bank. Regards.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best printer I've ever had xx The best printer I've ever had. Installation was a cinch, I didn't have to use a CD, just downloaded the software and bingo. Prints like a champ, I'm using it for my eBay packing slips and labels. For those of you who are complaining about lack of USB cord, c'mon now, it's not like you've never owned a printer. Re-use your existing cord from another printer, end of story. I re-used one from my HP printer that is now pushing daisies in the dumpster. And cartridges really don't cost that much, and be grateful that Canon isn't pushing subscriptions like HP does. You can use re-manufactured cartridges, am using one right now. Overall, I am very happy with my new Canon Pixma TS202 printer and highly recommend it to anyone.

The larger printers, while very efficient and produced high-quality images, they eventually failed and besides, took up too much room. This new printer takes up about half the footprint, produces images of almost exactly the same quality as the high-end production machines! Exactly what we needed! My only wish is that it had an internal paper tray, but the open-out tray is easy to adjust and I'm getting used to it.

We have wireless internet, as I guess most do these days. But it was always shutting down and I could never get things printed because I was not able to find anyone who could restore the path to my printer. So I set out to find an affordable, dependable, reliable, non-wireless printer. And this is it!! I love this little printer. Since I bought it, I've never had to wait for technical support for anything. Thank you for an affordable, great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just light your money on fire instead I bought this about five months ago and have used it three times, only because it refuses to work and I typically lose my patience with it and give up. Either the paper refuses to feed or the computer does not recognize the printer-and Youtube videos suggest there might be a fix-but it appears ENTIRELY too complex and complicated for a printer that I have used all of three times. Save up and buy a better brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Do not recommend I bought this printer 9 months. It is still under warranty, however, Best Buy won't honor Cannon's warranty unless the purchase was made 15 days or less. I do not have the original box, so Cannon won't take it back either. The paper will not grip the rollers to print. It keeps getting jammed or won't accept the paper for printing. My usage of this printer lasted for 1 ink cartridge!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This printer broke withing six months of purchase. Broke within six months. It will no longer acknowledge having paper. It started malfunctioning a month before refusing to print. Also, ink cartridges will not move to position to refill. This is a disposable printer, that would cost more to repair than buy a new one.
