Rated 5 out of 5 by Technically it supports most deployment scenarios. Valuable Features:This is the Enterprise Class Switch platform. Technically it supports most deployment scenarios and things that you never know that it supports. The hardware is the most reliable, I saw some Catalyst in hot and dusty racks, working hard and with no issues from a lot of years.Great switching solution from Cisco!Improvements to My Organization:It's resolved most of our customer communication needs.Room for Improvement:It can be a little more cheaper.Deployment Issues:We've had no issues with deployment.Stability Issues:We've had no issues with stability.Scalability Issues:We've had no issues with scalability.Cost and Licensing Advice:It's quite pricey.Disclaimer: I am a real user, and this review is based on my own experience and opinions. Rated 4 out of 5 by ?This switch and its functionality allowed me to deploy a secure network connection in three months.? Valuable Features:* Security* ConfigurationRoom for Improvement:At first glance this switch looks exactly like the an Ethernet switch, I would recommend that there be verbage in the documentation on exactly what gbit connectors are required.Use of Solution:We've been using it for eight years.Deployment Issues:There have been no issues with the deployment.Stability Issues:The stability has never been an issue.Scalability Issues:We've had no issues scaling it for our needs.Customer Service:It's great.Technical Support:It's great.Previous Solutions:We didn't have anything in place and needed a fiber solution.Initial Setup:It was very straightforward.Implementation Team:We did it in-house with help from the vendor.Other Solutions Considered:There were no other options looked at.Other Advice:Make sure you get the right connectors.Disclaimer: I am a real user, and this review is based on my own experience and opinions. Rated 4 out of 5 by We now have the ability migrate to multiple sites, but the TAC speed needs improvement. Valuable Features:* Stackable module* Hot-swappable inventoryImprovements to My Organization:* Easier to design and manage a network by enabling reuse* Ability migrate to multiple sitesRoom for Improvement:Deliverability speed of the Terminal Access Controller.Use of Solution:I've used it for over four years.Deployment Issues:No issues encountered.Stability Issues:No issues encountered.Scalability Issues:There were issues with the maximum stackable switches per site & monitoring setup.Customer Service:7/10.Technical Support:7/10.Previous Solutions:We switched because we had weak tech support, especially for the PoE product.Initial Setup:It was a medium difficulty setup.Cost and Licensing Advice:Licensing is one of the major areas of confusion for a person with a technical if they gain the verification from Cisco website.Other Solutions Considered:We also looked at Dell options.Other Advice:Ensure you select the right license, power supply and other components to install the switch into the rack.Disclaimer: I am a real user, and this review is based on my own experience and opinions.
