Rated 3 out of 5 by Concept and General Use Great concept and without the hub installed, device works great with Skype for Business or Lync (P model). Hub software rating: 0/5, Device concept: 5/5, Device with Hub software: 3/5.This is the device type that I want and need and the only reason I gave it a 3/5...problems are not really with the device, it always worked well by itself. My issue is with the hub software, but I need it from time to time to make adjustments and update firmware on the phone.But, I need the hub software to switch between other applications for DTMF control, otherwise just the audio path works fine without the hub...just cannot hang up a call without "assigning" the phone to another app. Also the Hub software has a significant problem with interfering with audio drivers and devices...including its own. Do not use the hub software on the Surface Pro 4, you audio will fail to load on reboot. It used to be that the hub software just affect the handset device (preventing the audio components for the phone from loading).So I find myself installing the hub software periodically to get firmware updates for the phone and then swiftly uninstalling.I test multiple soft clients (Avaya and Microsoft), however, I cannot test while I don't have the hub software loaded. So I am stuck just using SfB for now because of this issue, so I cannot give a reasonable review on the Avaya side. February 1, 2016
