This service part covers One (1) Unit of Project Management for CDW Configuration Services. SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT

This SCOPE OF ENGAGEMENT (“SOE”), together with the Agreement between the CDW entity selling the Services described herein (“Seller”) and the customer ordering such Services (“Customer”) shall be deemed to be a contract upon Seller’s acceptance of Customer’s order.

Includes the following responsibilities as required by the project:
• Work with appropriate Configs Team to “earmark” Production Capacity (Resources…Equip…)
• PRE-IKOM- work with technical Configs SMEs to set expectations and review customer requirements.
• Review & Clarify Roles & Responsibilities- established expectations and communicate to the team leaders and appropriate stakeholders the scope of the agreement.
• Conduct IKOM- Communication with internal team to provide information about: Requirements, Scope, High Level Schedule, Success Criteria, ID issues, concerns, risks, questions, ensure all project team members and stakeholders understand their roles, others’ roles, and overall project responsibilities is key to project success and reduces communication issues.
• Oversight on Pre-Execution Activities/Testing (Discovery)- Time Trials, Image Testing, Image Publishing
• Create and Manage Project Schedule- Based on information known at this point, the project schedule will be created to identify any delivery risks and understand dependencies.
• CKOM- Customer Kickoff Meeting
• CDW Order Review- Performed to ensure orders are aligned properly with scope, schedule, resources…
• Project Setup Activities- A repository is established for project documents.
• Risk Register- Risks will be verified, managed and kept up to date.
• Communication Plan- Communication will be managed as outlined in the communication plan.
• Change Management- Changes will be managed in accordance to the change management plan. It will be reviewed and understood by the stakeholders in order to know how changes will be handled.
• Quality Control- Project deliverables will be managed to the quality control plan established for configurations. Ensure proper quality control steps are executed to meet customer requirements.
• Resource Management- Resources will be managed to guidelines established in the Configuration resource management plan.
• Knowledge Transfer- On a case by case basis the PM will provide oversight on “Knowledge Transfer”, the appropriate team members will be involved depending on complexity of the project. Typically, SME to Configs technicians.
• Verify Invoicing- The project manager will provide oversight to ensure all items & service have been invoiced in accordance with the project scope.
• Lessons Learned- At the conclusion of the project execution the PM will gather and communicate important project takeaways.

Includes the following tasks:
• Provide relevant project documentation established by customer project team.
• Provide Success Criteria.
• A filed CDW Indemnity Agreement as required. (link: http://www.cdw.com/forms/indemnity/app.aspx)

• This service is for Configuration Services related projects only

• Technical Configuration Tasks

The fees due under this SOE include fees for Services and related expenses, as specified in the applicable order.

Specific terms are established on a case by case basis and needed.

Each party will appoint a person to provide approvals/decisions (“Contact Person”).

This SOE shall be governed by Seller’s “Terms and Conditions of Product Sales and Service Projects,” which are accessed via the Terms & Conditions link on Seller's website (the “Agreement”) and are incorporated herein.
