Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not very big. I got the Dell Urban Backpack 15 for my son who's in college. He was very disappointed with the size. He said he couldn't fit a lot in it except for the laptop and some smaller items. He also didn't like the padding in it for the laptop- he thought it should be thicker. He did love the look of it. He said it would be great for quick throw and go but not for everyday use on campus.

I would highly recommend it. It also has many small pockets inside it to sort small things like pens or a calculator and some speakers. Very worth it in my opinion

My son loves this backpack the amount of storage is amazing, it can handle and laptop along with accessories with plenty of pockets and padding to keep important things in their place. Its also lightweight and doesn't drag when full of items. Easy to put on and take off and plenty of room for organization.

It can fit my old dinosaur laptop and my 10 in tablet with cover with no problems. The backpack also has more than enough organizational compartments for all your accessories and other essentials. I'll feel like my stuff is protected with this bag when I travel. Reccomend!

The fabric that it is made with is waterproof so i like the fact that i do not have to worry about my laptop and tablet getting wet. I love the seperate pockets for each of the electronics which makes for easy organizing. It is also nice a spacious for anything else that needs carrying.

After using it a few times, I can now say that overall it’s a good product. The color is solid and simple. The straps a a good length and they are comfortable to wear. I am able to fit several things into this bag.

Do know that best case scenario packed tightly you’ll get an inch laptop in, 2inch binder and two 1 subject notebooks. It’s gonna be tough if you need more than that. Looks and feels great. Extremely well balanced.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Feels & Performs Like a Soft Lunchbox Purchased this backpack on sale to go with my Dell Inspiron 15 5000. I suppose at the discounted price it's not a terrible value but I would have rather spent the extra money for a better backpack. PROS: Laptop fits pretty well in the designated compartment with a Velcro strap to secure. Sufficient capacity and pockets for documents, power cord, external hard drives, usb sticks, some office supplies and 2 mesh pockets for standard size (500ml) water bottles. Lightweight, not too bulky. CONS: Material and zippers feel cheap. The material with the padding feels like a cheap child's insulated lunchbox (it could at least come with a cool Batman logo). The zippers (not YKK) are a little 'sticky', requiring 2 hands to open and a little patience. Dinky string pulls on the 2 main compartment zippers (a couple inches of paracord instead wouldn't break the bank) I've only used 1 other laptop backpack so I don't have much to compare it to but definitely not impressed with the product, even the little details like zipper pulls are lacking. Putting this review out there because I wish I would have been able to read some reviews before purchasing it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smaller, Thinner backpack is perfect for everyday commuting I chose this urban/commuter backpack because it was light and a little smaller and thinner than my current travel backpack. This one is for me to travel to and from work each day. It has just enough room for my laptop and a few extras -- it might prove too small if someone needed to transport more than a few textbooks in it. It is sleek and stylish; and the construction seems to be of excellent quality. I am very happy with it after about a month of daily use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I didn't know I needed it until I got it. I bought this with my Dell reward points that were set to expire, not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised at what showed up at my door. This bag is perfectly designed to carry my 15.6" inspiron laptop. It's not overly cumbersome or larger than need be, nor is it too small to fit other needed items most students or professionals would need to complete their tasks. It has an inside sleeve with a Velcro strap to hold the laptop tightly in place. It has a smaller sleeve for a smaller laptop like a smaller 13" XPS or tablet. I the second sleeve for my cables. I carry about 12 foot of Ethernet cable, a 6 foot extension cord, a 6 plug power tap with surge protection in this sleeve. Fits perfectly. There are smaller pockets in the second top zipper area as well. I use these pockets to carry my wireless mouse, usb-to-rj45 dongle, usbc-to-displayport dongle, and various other small items. I keep my wireless ear buds in the front zipper area with a power bank to keep them charged for on the go. As well as a second power bank for my phone. Material and build for quality are enough for its design. However, I don't know if it would staned up to rough or careless use, such as with a younger teen or kid. I also appreciate the side pockets for drinks (it seems to be a trend for back pack makers), I put two waters in each side pocket before I leave, and don't have to worry about them leaking in the bag and damaging any electronics. Is it worth the MSRP with no discounts or rewards? I'm not sure. I never thought I would want a bag like this for my laptop considering I have a bunch of 'book bags' and 'back packs' I were using. However, now that I have it, it definitely is works nicer to keep things in place, protected, snug and secure. So, yeah, it may be worth the purchase at MSRP for many people.

Other than that, there are not any issues thus far, and that is only a minor one. Overall a solid and sleek backpack.

Overall, its great - has many pockets and subpockets to hold so many stuffs, spacious yet comfortable to carry around. The walls between pocket are thick offering good protection to my devices and havent tested it but looks like it offers some protection from rain to some extent.
