Drum Review
The drum does what it is suppose to do. It never occurred to me that I would need such a thing until I read the warning message on the LCD screen. The instructions could be a little clearer and more accessible.

Printer Drum review.
Being 80 years old and not having to deal with my printer towner replacement for a year and a help, I did not remember that the unit that came out of my machine, was different than what the printer told me it needed in the message bar. I had forgotten the unit was in 2 parts and I needed only the toner not the drum-which was ordered by mistake. I did return it and the toner was sent, which fit perfectly and I am currently using. I did make to notes in my printer book, and hope to avoid this error in the future.

NO TONER CARTRIDGE LIKE IN THE PICTURE!
IF YOU NEED TONER, THERE IS NONE IN THIS, ALTHOUGH THE PICTURE SHOWS IT. THIS IS ONLY THE CARRIAGE. DON'T BLOW 80+ ON THIS FOR JUST THE CARRIAGE, IF YOU NEED TONER!

I don't like the fact that now you have to buy the drum and toner separately. It used to come all in one unit. Naturally, you just want to make more money by selling them separately.

Dell sent the wrong item and refused to replace it. They did this twice to me where I ordered a cartridge and they sent a drum.

Shipping time is fast and the Dell E310DW/E514dw/E515dw Drum - 12000 pg yield - C2KTH is better than the compatable off-brands.
This is a must and are the best to pair with the toner cartridge.
