Design Flaw in baskets
These hanging baskets save space and look organized. Unfortunately, they are not free-hanging but are tack-welded together so that each basket is partially inserted into the one below. This makes the openings very narrow and the entire bottom portion of the 2 lower baskets is blocked off and cannot be used. I was only able to put 2 very thin folders into each of the 2 lower bins. They need to be designed so that there is a 2.5" gap between each basket.

Disappointed in Purchase - Returned it
Was excited to receive this and realized it would not work for my needs. I wish bins were not placed inside each other. I realize now that the 1st bin capacity is larger than the others, but the way the bins are inside each other is really not usable. If all you will put is a folder or 8-1/2" x 11 documents, it might work. If a smaller piece of mail or standard envelope is placed in 2nd and 3rd bin and it falls sideways, you do not have room to retrieve it. I purchased 2 and returned both.

Be aware of the dimensions
This is a great product - but it's critical to look at the fine print to see if it could meet your needs. While I use it daily, the administrative assistant who ordered it for me didn't catch that the two lower "pockets" are significantly more narrow in depth than the top one. I still like using it because the bottom clears the top of my cube counter easily. Other hanging "pocket" designs can offer the same 4" capacity that the top pocket offers here, but have to take up so much more vertical cube wall space that most of my colleagues put them on the outside of their cubes.
