They keep me going.
I usually go through about two of them a year. They always work and keep my HP 110 plus running. I don't use it every day and some times a month. I always keep an extra one handy should one get fouled up.

Great Printheads
I love these printheads and they work great for me! I just won’t give 5 stars because they have a very short life. They might not have any issues with them, but the printer says the life is 0% and then they can’t run anymore.

Works great but doesn’t last long.
I buy these for my HP 110 Plus. They work great but they don’t last long. Probably because it goes for long inactive periods.
They usually fail when I need them the most. However, I can get them overnight from your store. A few year ago I tried several Other sources but the things would not work. So I buy them from you direct. I pay more but the things seem to dated so I get fresh ones.

SOMEthing is wrong here
When the print head goes, the plotter stops, regardless of the fact your deadline is right now. Had to replace this printhead just a couple months ago (only about 12 prints have been made in that time), and now it dies at 4am when on deadline. This kind of thing should last longer than that.

Issue Resolved Quickly
HP is the GREATEST for customer service. I placed an order and forgot to check off the next day delivery. So I called in to HP and within minutes the customer service agent had my issur resolved for me, I was relieved. The next day my print head arrived as scheduled and I was up and printing again, and the next day delivery was free!!!!! I have had an HP computer, screen and printer since 2000 and it is all still operating as it was the first day I got it. And the customer service has gotten better and better each year with more free options with your purchases and discounts as well. I have tried the secondary ink shops to save a few bucks but only lost money with poor quality products. I actually save money by purchasing directly from HP with higher quality products that outpreform the secondary market items.

Only problem, since installing the HP 11 black printhead my Designjet 110 Plus prints at least 2 or 3 copies of what looks like an alignment page every time before I print the first drawing when first turned on.

Wrong part listed on HP web site
Warning: be careful that you order the correct part. I followed a convoluted set of references to find that the part I needed is HP 11. When it arrived, it did not fit into the printer. I paid for the part and my printer still doesn't work. Even worse, I can't find the correct part. HP doesn't bother with manuals any more so we are stuck with trying to find our way through the maze of product specifications and to guess how to install the part.
