Imaging Drum Problems
The ink doesn't seem to last long at all, one month of low to moderate use in a 2-4 person office. The actual HP Printer may be faulting out. I get messages that the image drum is empty even after I refill the ink. The quality is very poor on my two and a half year old HP printer.

Color and quality are fine. One of 4 cartridges you need for the M177fw. Too expensive. Worth waiting for a $25 discount on 2/

You can't beat using OEM replacement products. Yes, there are less expensive products out there but they do not perform like OEM. Glad I went with this item.

It Does What It Does But No Frills
Have used this toner cartridge for several years and it performs as expected. I would recommend this product to anyone It would get five stars if all that toner could reproduce over time and allow printing of 2600 pages.

HP delivers fast and always the new cartridges. Other providers sometimes have the in inventory for a longer time and you have to replace them faster. Installation is easy as you just for the steps on the screen of your printer.

superb quality
as HP was sold out a couple of weeks ago I purchased generic toner and was not really happy with it and the ORGINAL is simply better !!
However, this time I did not receive a return label for sending empty cartridges for recycle / refill, maybe HP does not do this any more ??
