Quality Cartridge
We have an HP 1300N laser printer which has been working fine for years as a personal printer. In the past, we've bought re-manufactured cartridges from other companies that didn't last. While the price is high buying the cartridge directly from HP, we feel we get a quality product and have recourse if it breaks or doesn't last. This is why we recommend the product. We ordered the cartridge in the evening and got it by mid-day the next day which was great since the old one was no longer usable.

Does a good job
The cartridge I have is a reorder of the same item, which was doing a great job! I purchased this one to see if it would resolve an error light (error light means open door, cartridge missing, or something else), it did not resolve my issue but I'm sure it would have been fine, since the other one was working well when the printer crapped out.

Clean, and last forever!
After ruining 2 printers using refilled cartridges, this was a blessing to find. I have never had a problem since using these and the last cartridge lasted over 4 years! Now, this is not a business application, but it is the default black and white printer for my whole house network, so almost everything, except photos, goes to this printer. 4 years on a cartridge, do you realize how much money and time is saved!!! Great products and will always buy here!!

Old Toner?
Purchased this toner and less then one week it started fading out, to the point you can barely read it. I called 5 times trying to get help on returning for a replacement or credit back, on the fifth time I was finally able to get a lady to send me a fedex return label. Wow such bad customer service.
