I was buying HP cartridges in town when they quit selling them and they were a little more than what I paid for these on line at HP. However HP had the cartridges I wanted and these were a little less expensive than what I was paying for here. Also the shipping was very fast. I had free one day shipping and got them on Tuesday after I ordered them on that previous Sunday night. Very good, and the products work and are factory HP. Can't go wrong.

I am just discovering this because I still had ink. Asking for help was a bad idea. I don't know what to do with it. I bought it in June so over 30 days have passed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Ink Cartridges but a little expensive. I am very glad that HP still makes the HP 21 Twin pack Black Inkjet Print cartridges. I have an old HP PSC 1410 All-in-One printer that still works and it uses the HP 21 cartridges which is really great. The only problem that I have encountered was that the price for these cartridges seem to be higher than more recent printer cartridges. I guess the older your printer, the more expensive it is to make the cartridges. Other than that, these HP 21 Twin pack Black Inkjet print cartridges are excellent.

Now my printer has wore out so I just ordered a new one and of course non of the printers take the same ink so I have two unopened cartridges. They cost me almost as much as the new printer.

Just wish the price was less when you buy several cartridges at one time. My only problem is the price is about the same as if you bought it at WalMart. HP should give Long Time Customers a lower price. Especially when they have been loyal to the Brand and have purchased 4 cartridges at one time. Thanks, Tam

However, since I was not going to be printing large documents for school I ignored the warning that was given in early December 2011. It wasn't until February 2012 that I finally ran out of black ink. I believe that the printers are set up with the idea that a person should buy ink before it is needed. I don't like that type of behavior.

I needed the document in the mail by morning, so I went onto the HP website and ordered a 2-pack of the black cartridge. I not only got a reduced cost, but I was able to get FREE overnite shipping. How wonderful was that! And, the HP cartridges were delivered to the front of my door the next day. Amazing! I removed the old & plunked the new cartridge into the printer and I printed and mailed my document. Thank you HP. You are the best.

So far, it has preformed perfectly. In the past I have purchased cheaper knock off brands that either didn't fit my printer or the ink was very substandard to say the least. In regards to the HP cartridges their quality and performance out preformed the cheaper recycled brands.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Things worked out differently than expected I purchased this two pack of black ink printer cartridges not realizing that I was going to make the long trip into town to visit Walmart.......where I could have saved a slight amount on the purchase but overall from a price perspective the amount that you can obtain the cartridges from HP with free and fast shipping is really decent........and simply awesome if you dont happen to visit a Walmart that is about 45 miles away. I wish my HP printer wasnt so ink hungry though it is an older model now.....as for the free return envelope it saved me from tossing the cartridge into the burnable trash. I hope it goes to good use but I hope that HP doesnt simply reload the old ones to resell as new.

HP has enough sales and incentives to keep me in ink without going broke however, it would be nice to have the ink last long enough to print more than 25 labels or a full 30 page report.

Then there are times when it shows the ink is low and we check the cartridge and there is still plenty of ink to last several printings. Something hasn't been right for sometime now - we have advised the Support Staff several times about this issue. Doesn't seem to be noticed...

Whatever number of pages HP says it will print per cartridge is wildly exaggerated, by a factor of up to ten. The quality is excellent but the rate at which it uses ink is incredible. We have used HP for twenty years, and this is the worst problem we've had.

I never need to go out to a store to buy HP ink cartridges, since I can order them online specifically matching my printer, and receive them in a short amount of time delivered to me. I love buying online since I am in my 70's and prefer to go online instead of to a local store in the traffic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest cartridge to use I like these ink cartridges, but are becoming more difficult to find because they're for my old HP printer. I purchased my printer back in 2005 because of inexpensive ink cartridges. Unfortunately, as time rolls on, the price for 2 black cartridges is now $44 compared to $44 for 2 black and 1 color cartridge. It won't be long before I will have purchase a new one, hopefully with inexpensive ink.

I thought the ink was great before purchasing my new order of ink, but was more surprised at another higher level of quality. Wow factor.
