It does not matter whether the ink is yellow, cyan, magenta or black, they are all terrific and all are available in economy, original or high yield cartridges through the HP Store. I have never had any issues with clogging, drying up or simply not printing properly in the five years I have been using this ink.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor lifespan ANY HP printer using the 564 cartridges in any color or size leave a lot to be desired for the amount of printing they provide. I find that they run out of ink long before the expected or advertised lifespan occurs. They just don't last long. My other printers ink last much longer. They are just bad buys and priced way too high for their lifespan!

Good thing I wasn't wasting expensive photo paper on the printing. HP has really gone downhill in quality the last few years. The printers, laptops everything. For example, my laptop keys fell off in less than 90 days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I was thrilled with the features and ease of use of my HP Photosmart printer, however, the ink cartridges (all of them) leave a lot to be desired. They are highly overrated by HP; they don't make anywhere near the number of copies HP says they will. They are cheaper per cartridge than other cartridges, but you quickly make up the difference in the number you have to buy. I expected better from HP.

I was disconnected 3 times from different chat reps and got nothing resolved. This and the trouble I had with my HP laptop and computer . I'm finished with HP!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Troubling purchase My HP 7250 is old but working well. The screen diagnostics identified the cyan cartridge was empty. I originally bought this as a color cartridge set together and the others were still fine. I put in my new genuine HP cyan color cartridge purchased from the genuine HP STORE and it has not worked since. I also bought $140.00 in future cartridges along with the single cyan cartridge that caused my fail messages. The messages will not clear. One fault said I was using a an imitation cyan cartridge. Last thing I will try is installing the new purchased cartridges. What a waste of money. If that does not work, I doubt I will purchase a HP printer again. You asked me for the review HP!

The index tab is put on the cartridge upside down so we’re not even able to use it. I have called twice trying to get it replaced and I was hung up on twice by two of the employees I spoke with. We also ordered the extra large black ink cartridge and received the small one like the small, three colored ink cartridges. We would like the large extra large, black ink cartridge sent to us and no cost overnight. We have been waiting for this. It’s the main one we needed it and now I can’t even use it. I hope you receive this review and would get this in the mail to us immediately the extra large black ink cartridge . The three colored ink cartridges were fine.
