I know I told you next Tuesday on Subday but I did not mean the very next Tuesday, I meant the one after the first one, THE NEXT TUESDAY. So I went out and got another date (another cartridge) and was happy. When it came time for the original date, Ms Two Pack, it was agreed we would split the check so parted friends, sort of.

I am so very disappointed and feel that I've just wasted money. Next time I guess I'll just go to a local store.

This unit has served me very well over the past several years and does just about everything I need to have to use it for. I am not sure how to operate the unit as a fax or if it has that capability. I get it and try to install it and my printer says it's not valid and won't use it. Now i'm out a ridiculous amount of money with multiple printer cartridges that I can't use. The box itself says D2545 on it, so they blatantly are lying to consumers to get them to buy ink that doesn't work! Do not trust them!

The printer does a nice job printing and the ink is excellent, but now I no longer have the ability to print colored pictures and documents. I was sad when I realized I couldn't get it anymore.

One cannot tell how much ink is left in them. They don't last that long. The only reason I am providing this silly review is because it is the 3rd time I have been pestered for a review. People who have copiers that use these cartridges will buy them; people who use other cartridges will not buy these regardless of my recommendation. Identifying some products you sell as "not reviewable" would be a step forward.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Some minuses but the Pluses Prevail Didn't realize that I was on my last Black cartridge and it ran out. Home only occasional user and now the "lockdown" with the health crises couldn't just run out for one. So HP purchase email was appreciated. I'm truly inept at anything tech (don't even "smart phone") so wish you could ask type of printer at sale time and include specific instructions for installation with purchase --- like what comes with prescription meds. I forget exact procedure, fear messing up, and little guide that appears on printer window is tiny for my old man eyes and not specific enough --- always forget if removal starts with pushing old cartridge up or down to remove, for example. Now color cartridge is failing and here I go again (but at least I have a couple in stock). Still nervous about replacement procedure. I have an HP Photosmart C4780 All-In-One printer. Can you possibly now email printed specific instructions (best option, as I can print it out) or a site which I can save maybe demonstrating in detail the entire procedure? or both? Please, if you can. Thank you. Always happy with my HP printers and only use HP ink.

I learned a lesson that HP ink for HP printers is the only way to go. The quality is great and the published page amounts to be expected from HP is right on, in fact you will get more than advertised. HP products are A1.

I’m disabled so getting out wasn’t feasible. I’ve ordered before with great results so that’s what I did. I not only got the ink I needed the next day but the price was below other sellers and the shipping was free. Can’t beat that unless you can get your ink for free.

My cartridge came with no invoice and no return envelope for recycling. It is my understanding that Windows 10 does not support HP messages showing when I print to let me know my ink levels and choices for ordering. I was very disappointed this time.

Considering the cartridge cost, HP and others should be paying users hundreds of dollars up front to take they’re printers.

Of course it installed easily and worked perfectly; what should I comment on, that it didn't cause my cat to hork up hairballs, my nose to fall off, and Betelgeuse to go supernova?
