The ink containers are easy to snap into place
We had a yellow cartridge that the ink had leaked out of the container during shipping and HP replaced it. I am not a fan of the orange plastic cover on the bottom of the cartridge that has to be removed it is hard to remove. Other than that it works great.

I seem to run out of the yellow 902 cartridge the soonest. I could not find individual colors around home. I was so happy to find just what i wanted on the HP website. They were delivered right to my door. Reasonably priced!

I bought 2 replacement colors. HP had a promo sale so I took advantage of that. It would be nice if I could use alternative ink that is much lower cost, but the HP printers are programmed to "not work" with other - less costly - ink

I bought the yellow 902 cartridge directly from HP instead of a store. For a change, the cartridge was 100% full and performed as expected. I'll just get my ink directly from HP from now on.

Faulty cartridges
After installing your cartridges, makes sure that the levels are at their maximum. The yellow cartridge (and Cayan) show “low ink” after less than a week. I’ve only needed the color cartridges a couple of times, but both are towards the end. The black & magenta are fine.

Great but unusable for my problem.
I received the ink, however I have to throw away my printer as it isn't working! So I have an unused, unopened ink cartridge that is free to anyone who wants it. This has been a very expensive problem for me. Your service was great, but I won't be using it!

Product is great...I am seriously disappointed with HP because I can’t get ANY 902 cyan ink. I am basically out and guess my printer will self destruct because I am only supposed to use original HP ink.. I am printing 99.9% black but my colors still disappear....maybe someone can explain that?

Damaged Goods
Terrible. The package was damaged in transit - boxes were bent and smashed. The cartridges looked okay, but did not print well. There are streaks of yellow on anything in color now.

Glad to have this cartridge, but...
I am pleased to have this cartridge but at this point its function cannot be deployed because one of its necessary mates--the 902 CYAN has disappeared from the face of this earth. It is NOWHERE to be found and I have been unable to get any help from HP. I was able to finally wiggle into some corner of HP's website and found a 4-pack (black & colors). I noted that it would "not be shipped until 12/22/20." I thought I'd buy it anyway and wait. When I pressed the "buy" button it would not respond after multiple attempts. If the CYAN is not available and it is beyond the control of HP, it would be a courtesy to your customers to be up front about this. I have wasted hours online searching for the CYAN and trying to concoct some interim plan, with no success. This deficit of ink comes at a very inconvenient time for HP customers trying to get Christmas letters written and cards made. PLEASE just tell us if or when the 902 ink cartridges will be available! PS I can't "rate" the HP902 yellow I received because I can't use it. I fear that with one cartridge empty the HP OfficeJet 6958 that I own will seize up and never be functioning again. I will put NEVER in the query about recommending HP to a friend, but could change my mind if HP would be accessible and forthright with their customers when problems arise. I like my HP printer. (What happened to customer service telephone numbers?!)

Ink Cartridge arrived almost empty!!
I just received my Cyan 902, yellow ink cartridge and ran a print test. It shows me yellow ink is almost completely empty. How can this be when I literally just installed it?!?!

yellow, no ink flow
Yellow would not print, the out let pad looked dry, after pumping the out let of the cartridge many times with a pen, it began to print. Pad looked yellow then.

Vibrant HP Yellow
I love the vibrant color of the HP Yellow Original Ink Cartridge. It blends with the other colors to recreate close to true picture colors of the original printing job. I have never had an issue with any ink cartridge made my HP and that is most important.

I always use genuine HP ink cartridges. They seem to work better in my printer than generics or other brands and the free shipping is a plus. The only issue I have is that I do not get as many printed pages as I used to. The cartridges need to be replaced more often than expected. I hope to quality improves soon.

Do it right the first time
