The main reason I buy from HP is I don't have to worry if it is a refilled cartridge that will only use half of it's supply . I am not interested in having ink automatically sent and charged to my card in as much as I use different accounts. I tend to shop around for deals since HP isn't always the best deal.

I tried some of the "universal" inks needless to say they may be inexpensive however they need replacing frequently and the quality of print is not consistent. HP delivers excellence every time and I'm paying less because i am not wasting time & the print quality is consistent and high quality . Thank you HP !

Usually I pop into a store to get my ink, but I find their prices to be cheaper and always feel more comfortable ordering directly through HP in case I ever have an issue with my product (usually don’t, but you never know!). Definitely HP is the best in the printer business in my opinion and will continue to order all my printer needs through them directly. Highly recommend.

Now that I have loaded the second cartridge, I continue to recieve numerous error messages that the printer still needs ink when I just loade it on Monday, (4-days ago). I also use the network printer, to offset usage of the desktop printer. Now the printer does not print and does not print at all. I work in a extremely busy office and there is no time for this issue.

I have printed 12,027 sheets. The average cartridge has printed 859 sheets, not the 1,000 as advertised. The last cartridge only printed 565 sheets. I also use the HP951 which is advertised as 700 sheets, my last Magenta was 588, Yellow 571, Cyan 565. I am not a business I use it for personal use only. I pay a lot of money for the product and I should expect to receive for my money what is advertised.

My printer said the cartridge was "defective and damaged" I contacted the company and am still waiting for my replacement cartridge . Will buy local - DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING directly from HP and I do a LOT of on-line shopping. NO MORE with HP!! Most frustrating is I had a LOT of printing to do but due to the damaged cartridge I had to pay for my printing - ugghhh :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nightmare of an experience and a total disappointm Rather then go to a wholesale place for ink refills, I steadfastly pay more for what I perceived to be a better quality ink and purchased replacement ink from the online HP store. Guess what? When I replaceed After inserting the new HP ink cartridges, my printer stopped printing. I called tech support and didn’t get the assistance I needed and expected. I then tried to return my week old ink cartridges and lo and behold, even though my credit card shows the date, seller and price of the ink, HP claims they have no record of my purchase. Enough is enough!!! My machine no longer prints because of this ink and they claim I didn’t buy the ink from them even though I have the proof. My machine needs to either be fixed or replaced. Also, I don’t want HP cartridges. I want my money back! I’m so hurt, upset and angry at HP that I would never recommend them to anyone. I expected to deal with professional and pleasant HP people considering that we have purchased HP computersand printers from HP in the past.

When I installed the cartridges, the printer did not print despite running the diagnostic tools, clean and align the heads. This procedure was done three times plus other measures with no success. I would like to get a refund for the ink cartridges purchase. This is the third printer I have purchased from HP and all did exactly the same thing; this is a big disappointment of your products quality.

This was an effort, after following HP online advice, to correct the print head errors I was receiving. I thoroughly cleaned the print head, the printer and installed the new HP cartridges. I received new error messages in addition to the initial "printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed." The new error messages stated that the HP cartridges were not detected or incorrectly installed. I give up. I am stuck with 4 new HP ink cartridges and a worthless printer. A local tech & printer repair show is going to order a new printhead at $200 to see if that solves the problem. I will never purchase an HP printer again. I have over 15 at my office and purchased at least 75+ for my law firm over the years

The cartridge was empty. I took the cartridge out and shook it and there was nothing in it. I don't want to go buy another one, plus a lot of places are out of stock. Will you please send me another one, but please check it first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Product shutting down by computer and HP not responding I tried both 2 new 950/x and then a 950 black ink cartridges in my HPOfficeJetPro8600Plus and my printer will not work now, stating there is an ink problem. I had replaced all colors previous this fall without a problem. I tried to get help on line but after hours could not get any human to respond and I no longer worry about AI taking us over as the machine advisers neither helped or responded to specific questions. I guess my choice is to get a new printer over simple ink cartige issue.

You know they are in stock and the will ship overnight for free and send you a bag so you can return the empty cartridges back to HP to be recycled. The order process was simple and i will re-order through HP in the future.
