Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works good but TOO EXPENSIVE HP needs to bring the prices down though, as they are MUCH TOO EXPENSIVE and people will just go with NOT printing and/or just sharing things electronically (E-mail, texting, chatting images in place of printing) at these prices. I bought the set after buying a few reconditioned cartridges that didn't last at all and were a scam and they work ok, but can't afford high prices of HP.

I have a funny definition for gifts: they must be used more than five times a year, something that will really be used. Mom is into scrapbooking and printing her own photos. I really needed to make copies of a very important project I was working on and couldn't believe I had the ink the next day so I could finish! The ink never skips and the color is always bright. Great product from HP!!

It will not help you to try and cut corners or save money! You just can not get any better than the real HP inks that always give you the colors that you needed each time!!! Thanks Free Spirit

My employer uses general access printers but because I use a wheel chair and a walker I am allowed to have a personal printer. I have to pay for the ink however, which costs more than the printer.

HP online has them, they deliver promptly, my only complaint is that they are expensive. My printer is a dinosaur but it works just fine for the past 12 years.

Everything looked right the expiration date with clearly marked on the box of ink installation went seamlessly smooth my only issue and I was aware of it going into this is that the ink is quite expensive.

Ordering them on-line direct form HP saves time & I know the price may be a little higher, but with HP Rewards & Free 1-business-day shipping direct to my location, I know I'm getting "new" cartridges and excellent service! It's just too convenient for quality products & service to be worth possibly saving a little bit of money!

Using the HP website I am able to get the very fastest delivery and, because there is plenty of ink in the cartridges, I can continue using with no waiting. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cartridges don't work for HP Photosmart 8150. Combo pack marked for HP 8150 with cartriges HP 96 and HP 97 not correct! The HP 96 is large and cannot be used! Your combo packaging lettering is wrong! The color 97 was OK! The black 96 was not and even physically larger than the 97! Big mistake!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem free ink performance I have been using HP ink cartridges exclusively for about 8 years. I have never had a problem with clogged ink jets or poor ink quality on print outs. Before using HP ink, I used the generic ink cartridges because they were cheaper; however I experienced occasional clogged jets which required me to perform a clean jets procedure. This used a considerable amount of ink, thereby reducing the amount of pages that the cartridges could provide. It's not worth the aggravation, time wasted and poor quality output to save some money. Buy only HP ink for your HP printer.

Remanufactured cartridges caused computer problems, even turning my HP Deskjet printer offline, and I could not get it back online until I uninstalled it and reinstalled it from the original CD. During 2 months of using black and color remanufactured cartridges, I wasted about 6 hours of frustration and stress. I even missed a deadline when I was printing at 10 PM and I installed an unused remanufactured cartridge that wouldn't work. Never again. I found reviews about deceptive ads for supposedly real HP inks on Amazon but they were obviously refills and not sealed in an HP foil pack. So I ordered a black and a color DIRECTLY from HP. The price is very high but it's worth it. I installed them into my printer and immediately it recognized them and displayed the ink levels.

The new cartridges look the same but won't work. I am really mad at HP. I am one of your customers who purchased a quality product and now I have been kicked . Not happy. Would be hard pressed to recommend an HP product. Thanks for hearing me out. Still not happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cartridge always reliable and lasts long Used in my 7410 OfficeJet, I wish HP would continue this cartridge in new printer versions instead of the multiple 4-cartridge type that is popular now. People I know using the individual color cartridges tell me of their dislike for them (regardless of manufacturer). Maybe they're good for photo only printing, but for all purpose printing (including photos) I prefer the 96/97 2-cartridge system. Also, never had a problem with shelf life or non-activity usage where the printer sits idle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I only use HP ink, and never a problem I had a coupon code but my ink order was a couple cents shy of the coupon's minimum, so I added a package of paper. I didn't need the paper, but it allowed me to use the coupon, resulting in a slightly lower total price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LONG TIME USER I have bought and used HP products for years and found them to be excellent products; ie: Computers, Printer / Scanner/ Copier/ Fax, Photo Printer, Monitors; in fact most all of my computer needs are HP.They're cost competitive, quality products and long lasting. I just got a new computer and it's great. I am an HP person because I've always been very satisfied with HP. I understand the service is good as well, I'm not sure because I haven't needed any ! I recommend HP to anybody for their products.

Before I retired, all of our business printers were HP. We determined that the best and most cost effective ink was HP. In addition, I appreciate that I can recycle my used cartridges at no cost to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keep a Spare On Hand We have two reliable and efficient HP Deskjet Printers in the 6900 Series that use this 2-Pak. Always want a spare 2-Pak on hand for projects. Disbursement pretty equal between color and black. A bit expensive on fixed income, but good value.

I am pleased with the performance when printing 'anything'. Much brighter color and sharper b&w! I made an excellent choice and I highly recommend the HP over the generic brand.

I'm a certified hp printer technician and it's not my printer. This is a lot of money wasted for a faulty cartridge.
