HPE Product Report Service - Enhanced - technical support

HPE Reporting Services leverage HPE technical resources and factory capabilities to deliver server, storage and networking products that have been customized according to customer specific requirements.

This Factory Service can be used to provide an enhanced product report to the customer containing details about his Factory Integrated product. All fields in the report are defined by the customer who selects them from those available in the HPE manufacturing database. Delivers the report by e-mail to the customer prior to shipment of the products from the factory. Various report formats are supported: XML, HTML, plain text. Can also be used to supply a printed report that is sent with the product shipment.
