Rated 5 out of 5 byMelvin chew from nullThe Jabra steel is a great earpiece, it can handle the outdoor heat, sweat and easy to clean up as can just rinse with tap water. One thing I found out is there isn't any volume button so I have to take out my phone to increase the volume.

Rated 5 out of 5 byKenneth S from nullThe product is an excellent product with an excellent app. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the rubber earpiece cover should have been designed going up more instead of to the side so the sound would be better. I put a hole in the top of the yellow rubber earpiece and now I have no problem with the sound volume but I think it was your job to figure that one out not mine to have to cut it out

When a company stands behind their product with a warranty that no one else can match, you know it's a good product.

Doesn't see to pull in reception well, distortion , intermittent signal lost. Yellow ear piece is uncomfortable, my ear aches after wearing for 1 hr.

I tried it for over one week and ended up returning it to the retailer for a refund. I could not hear people who called me without having to hold my hand on the headset and pushing it right against my ear. (Defeats the purpose of hands free) Also the design places hard plastic in contact with your ear, leaving your ear very sore.
