Rated 5 out of 5 byRCA65 from Great concept but docking is more difficultI have used docking stations for many years. This newest version is the most difficult to dock. My previous one had a corner that I used to guide exactly where to put the computer. This one does not.

Rated 5 out of 5 byMark513 from Can't reboot system when it's dockedI've had this for about 2 months. It showed up later than the PC so I didn't use it right away. Whenever I try to reboot the system with it connected to the dock it hangs in the middle of reboot. After weeks of trial and error, and not using it as my primary system due to the probem, I figured out that I can reboot it with the system plugged in to the dock, then disconnect it when it hangs, wait for it to finish, then plug it back into the dock. I've been putting off contacting support after reading that it doesn't support Windows 10, the operating system that the ThinkPad shipped with. What I nightmare.

Rated 5 out of 5 byalben from Does not work with windows 10I bought one with my windows 10 laptop from lenovo and it does not support windows 10 and no release date. Had to return it after many hours of talking to support till someone finally figured out it does not work with windows 10.
