The Lenovo Universal USB 3.0 to VGA/HDMI Adapter turns an available USB 3.0 port into a display port offering either VGA or HDMI output with support for high-definition 1080p and with audio (from HDMI port only).
The adapter delivers a convenient external video solution that makes it easy to add multi-monitor capability to a USB enabled desktop or laptop computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 byChristianO from Sony vga/hdmi adapterI am using this on a W541 and on a Yag 13 with great sucess. works great on windows 7 and 8/10. If it doesn't work make sure you have the Lenovo u3 vga/hdmi adapter in your device manager.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBarry P from Works perfectlyWorks perfectly as advertised. I'm able to use my 27" Samsung monitor with my 510A Lenovo desktop with no problem. The Samsung is used as a second monitor running through the front panel USB 3.0 port. Pretty much plug and ply.
