The NETGEAR® 24-Port Gigabit Ethernet Unmanaged Switch with plug-and-play connectivity provides a reliable way to take gigabit connectivity to desktops with 24 auto-sensing 10/100/1000BASE-T (RJ-45) ports. It facilitates the integration of 10-, 100- and 1000 Mbps devices within the business network. The ports deliver network speeds of up to 2000Mbps for a quick download and upload of your files. Flexible Auto UplinK™ Technology automatically adjusts for varying Ethernet cables, yielding continuous uptime performance.

Instant plug-and-play connectivity eliminates complications associated with configurations and software management. A compact design measuring 13 x 8.1 x 1.7 inches gives users the flexibility to wall-mount it in a standard, 19-inch rack or place it on a desktop. A fanless design minimizes noise pollution to provide workers with an ample environment to concentrate on work. The NETGEAR ProSAFE® 24 port gigabit switch JGS524 complies with the energy-efficient IEEE802.3a Ethernet mode to lessen its operating costs. Status indicators help users to monitor the speed levels and other functions that define the working condition of the device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullSolid construction with metal case. Comes with the screws for wall mounting, even in drywall. Lifetime warranty on the hardware, important to not that does not cover the AC adapter, but still, hard to beat lifetime warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullGreat choice for gigabit in the home or small business. It's unmanaged, but sometimes that just isn't an issue. Well made, durable, good price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullNice Switch. Ran several of these for many years with zero issues. It's not a managed switch but that's ok for a lot of SMBs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nullThese things are great and I have never run into any issues with them failing. I've installed them at home and in the office where a power user needed a few extra ports. Also great for traveling - I keep one in my go-kit just in case I need to setup a mini network for troubleshooting at one of our other sites.
