Provide installation services for Interactive Whiteboards and Accessories.
Installation:
1)Site survey prior to installation
- Perform a site or phone survey to assess Customer’s needs and site readiness for installation. If any additional hardware or set up is needed to prepare for installation, a change order will be generated to reflect the additional hardware or services needed.
- Install fixed or adjustable IWB with wall mount projector
- Un-box IWB
- Hang board on wall designated by Customer
- Mount projector on wall with mount kit provided by Customer
- Load IWB software or drivers onto Customer's PC
- Configure the IWB with Customer's PC
- Align and fine-tune projector with IWB
2) Install mobile IWB with attached short throw projector
- Un-box IWB
- Assemble mobile cart
- Assemble IWB and all components and mount onto mobile cart
- Mount projector on mobile cart
- Load IWB software or drivers onto Customer's PC
- Configure the IWB with Customer's PC
- Align and fine-tune projector with IWB
3) If included with Customer order and CDW Purchase Order (“PO”), install sound system.
- If included with Customer order, install additional IWB Accessories and configure with board.
4) Provide basic orientation on the functionality of the product at the completion of installation.
5) Remove packaging materials to a centrally-located Customer-designated onsite area for disposal.
6) If applicable, register equipment serial numbers with manufacturer.
7) Record all model and serial numbers of product and obtain Customer sign off upon completion of installation.
Includes:
1) All travel fees.
2) Installation of Accessories (such as responders, interactive slate, interactive pen, etc) if ordered by the Customer with each board.
3) National coverage excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Monday through Friday
8:00AM - 8:00PM ET M-F
9:00AM - 6:00PM ET SAT
Closed Sunday
*excludes holidays
Assumptions:
1) Assumes no pre-existing boards need to be de-installed.
2) Assumes no boards will be installed over a pre-existing board. If Customer has pre-existing boards, Service Provider assumes Overboard Mount kits will be utilized and provided by CDW.
3) Assumes standard installation with cables hidden by raceway.
4) If behind the wall cable runs are requested, additional fees will apply for installation.
5) Unless otherwise agreed upon, assumes all cable runs in place prior to installation.
6) Assumes all electrical requirements will be in place prior to installation.
- Wall AC outlets must be located within six (6) feet of board installation location.
- Ceiling AC outlets must be located within six (6) feet of ceiling-mounted projector installation location.
7) PC must be located within six (6) feet of board installation location.
8) If PC is further than six (6) feet from board installation location, additional parts may be required.
9) Equipment will be ready, available and located in the room(s) where they are to be installed prior to the time scheduled for installation.
10) Customer will supply passwords or administrative rights as needed for technicians to load IWB software or drivers onto Customer PC.
11) A 10’x10’ work area will be cleared where board is to be installed prior to tech arrival.
12) Additional fees will apply if an additional visit is required to complete the installation or orientation due to circumstance or delays beyond Service Provider’s control.

1) Any installation parts or installation materials outside of parts included in designated kits.
2) Termination box at Customer's PC location.
