I called Customer Service and the rep suggested I get the BT300M so that it would be compatible with the program. I have had it for two weeks and it works great! The clarity has improved drastically. I no longer have folks sending me messages that they can't hear me or that I'm breaking up. Thanks Plantronics!

The audio clarity is great, and when I get a phone call while working I can switch between devices. Again, something that Plantronics has that gave me a great flexibility to work without interruption.

My intent was to use my Legend BT device on my computer to listen to movies, music etc. so I did not have to be tied to it. Well it turns out there are different types of blue tooth compatibility and this device is for voice apparently not music. Very interesting because I can listen to music from my phone just fine on my headset. I suppose if I ever want to call someone on my computer I am set but for the life of me I can't think of why i would do that given my phone takes care of all of that.

Skype meetings have become my new normal and so having it "plug and play" per say was awesome. I didn't have to read the instructions I literally plugged it into my laptop, paired it and dialed in for my meeting. AWESOME! I am technically challenged so this was perfect!
