When I put it on, the spring tension isn't there to help keep the headset in place and secure against my ears. It's almost like the spring was stretched or something - but it was new, so probably not. I have used a number of Plantronics headsets in the past so I was surprised. It's going back today.

I am not a fan of on the ear head phones in general and these ones seem extra snug (I have an average size head. By the end of my shift my ears hurt so bad that I want to cry most days. I am currently searching for something less painful.

Rated 5 out of 5 bycindinj from Quality sound but OUCHI'm using this for call center work at home so I have to wear it for 8 hours a day. Every time I've used it I have a headache by mid-day. There is no adjustment across the top for head size and I have a smaller head - but it's too tight. It grips my ears so tightly that they actually hurt after a few hours. Not a great design. Shopping for something new. I wil say the sound is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJuliano from Fragile HeadsetThe company where I work purchased about 40 of these, within six months there were about seven broken. Cheap, thin plastic housing, now we ran out of warranty and they keep on breaking. Stay away from this brand.

So light that you soon forgot that you were wearing them. Of course the most important thing is that they give clear sound - they do! They also cut out nearly all background noise.

Three stars really should be 2, what good is a $100 plus headset that falls apart in less than 6 months with typical 40 hour work week, imo skip the cheap thin plastic next upgrade. Won't recommend until housing issue addressed.
