Product Reviews
Rated 1 out of 5 by 1reviewer.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Terrible - Loud - Sounds like it is broken - Support says that is a normal sound. Out of the box, the magazine wouldn't open - contacted support who said to use a credit card to open it if the latch doesn't release. That worked. Once I inserted tapes, I decided to move them to the other side, the tapes wouldn't eject. I had to power off the SuperLoader, wait for what seemed like an eternity for it to start back up, find the tape and attempt another eject - I would either get an error or it would eject - luck of the draw. Ejecting the tape alone took a good 60 seconds. Waiting on anRMA to return this unit. It has been almost two weeks waiting to return. Apparently CDW has no control over the process - even though I purchased it through CDW - or so I thought. Very frustrated! April 5, 2016
