Customer Responsibilities
• Work with Provider to supply information regarding rooms and repair requests. This may include
completing a brief questionnaire and participating in phone calls,
• Permit technicians on site and provide access to rooms for the requested services during normal business
Hours
Electrical needs will be in place
• Provide confirmation of the presence or absence of asbestos in the area of service prior to scheduling
• Provide all hardware or materials necessary for repair unless otherwise noted
• Procure and manage all necessary permits for technicians to perform onsite work
Assumptions
• Work performed during normal business hours 8am-5pm site local time
• If visit is scheduled after normal business hours or during weekends, additional fees will apply
• Fees are based on New York City prevailing wage requirements for installation work
• Work performed at 1 building or school location
• Minimum of 2 hours will be billed
• Per prevailing wage regulations billable tech time includes travel time to site
Engagement Planning and Management
The following planning tasks will be performed:
• Customer will be contacted within 2 business days from receipt of order to review questionnaire
• Service will be scheduled within 7 to 10 business days pending equipment and site readiness
Out of Scope
• Custom reinforcement
• Repair or replacement of drywall, patching and other repair work
• Electrical work
• Data or Cable Drops
• Cable runs through conduit or above solid ceiling
• Lifts
• Parts, cables or materials unless noted herein
• Network or Server work
• Work in areas containing asbestos unless abatement has been confirmed
• Out of scope services subject to additional fees per technician per hour
• A fee will apply per technician per incident if cancellation or rescheduling occurs 3 days or less prior to
appointment
• Additional fees will apply if an additional visit is required to complete the work
