We migrated from polycom soundstation 2 to this after stopped using analog line for conference. I wasn't sure about moving out from traditional lines to skype but its voice quality is really good and the other end can hear in ceystal clear when our office speak. Rated 5 out of 5 byMuffinfaery from nullI figured I would review the rest of the products for the contest just because I enjoy the Revolabs conference phone.First Ill link my FLX UC 500 review because it is the same model of the box and add the remaining review of the dialer that this one adds at the end"Revolabs did a good job with the FLX UC 500 and could easily be one of the best quality conference phones on the market. Starting off, the sound quality is superb. I tested this is our basement storage room that is all stone for any echo and found little to none. When moved to our large conference room the 5x6x6 speaker filled it with sound and there was no echo present even with the mid woofer and tweeter . Switching from an older plantronics system I really enjoy the four microphones at the corners as to allow everyone's voice to be heard more clearly. This feature alone is fantastic and will be looking for it in all systems in the future. The few minor things I would consider taking a look at: the "shorter" usb cable that it comes with can be troublesome in large conference rooms when its in the center and I only have 6' to deal with, and when pressing the buttons on top there is no click to inform someone that you did in fact press it. The last concern of the button press is minor but we have some users who would just keep tapping it because people are used to this older form. Honestly once you are used to it its fine but older users might not get it at first. Overall a great product and would give a 4.5 out of 5 if I could"As for the dialer, first, I felt that the Web UI of this phone was pretty fantastic and done with glorious HTML 5. I contrast this with the poor design of the UI on the phone dialer itself. For the tech guy its not ahrd to get around it but many of my users have had issues finding things when we first got it. Mind you that after people get used to it, it's ok but cause older users headaches at first. As for the Speaker itself, 4.5 out of 5 stands strong, but the dialer gets a 3 out of 5."Review is part of a contest entry"

Rated 5 out of 5 bydb8 from nulli was in the market for a SIP phone and a USB speaker, integrated if possible. i cant find a lot options so i chose FLX UC 1000 without much reviews as it was very urgent. So after purchase, i realised it is working on PoE so had to buy a PoE switch ( didn't have one ) at last it connected and start working fine. SIP had some issues and bugs but an updated firmware made it better.They have a good support team ready to help (based on two tickets). I am glad i decided to go for this model. Rated 5 out of 5 byJKool from nullIt's a mixed blessing when demoing the unit. I have found the hardware side to be flawless. Seems they know how to build there units and it's very rugged. As for the software side, it's a nightmare finding out the features and also how to explain how the unit works. A little more simplified and hammer out some new versions on your backbone and this could be a winner. *Contest entry*

I have recommend this to my clients now as it is very easy to configure and deploy. usually it is a pain to manage these things when supporting a client but this is a piece of cake. the audio covers an average large room and microphone is crystal clear.""Review is part of a contest entry""
