Looks like a watch, feels like a watch and oh baby does it function like one and then some. I will update this as my time with the watch goes on.

Using Samsung Pay from the watch is very convenient and fast. I much rather use Samsung Pay over having to insert my debit which has a chip which takes much longer at the register. I look forward to new apps to come available for use.

I leave mine in Always On Mode, with wake-up gesture turned off, and with a 15 second timeout for the full display. In this mode I can always glance at my wrist to see the time just like a regular watch.With these settings the battery life is impressive. I like to let it record my sleep patterns so I charge it for about an hour before I go to bed and then again in the morning while getting dressed for work and I have never even come close to running out of power. In fact I don't think I have ever gone below 50% power remaining. I love this watch! The only complaint I have is that the voice recognition is a little slow and not as accurate as I would prefer.

The battery life is phenomenal lasting close to 3 days whereas the S2 was about 24 hours max. Many more features, sleek design, and more functionality. I went with the AT&T version so that it will double as my phone even when my phone is off or left behind. Very easy to place and receive calls directly from the watch. It has a wide variety of native apps, including weather, and fitness. It offers the ability to read and reply to incoming emails and texts. I use my watch in lieu of my phone for everything except detailed emails/messages and google maps. I can't wait to try out the Golf pad GPS app during my next round.

Rated 5 out of 5 byBigDogJimmy from Perfect this time!I previously purchased the Gear S2 but I returned it because it was way too small for a man's wrist. The new S3 Frontier is perfect for my wrist. It looks tough and has all the functionality that I want. The only recommendation I would give is a better keyboard or more keyboard options. I had to get a QWERTY keyboard from the playstore. But everything else is great. Battery lasts me at least two days. Good selection of watch faces and useful apps too. Good work Samsung!!
