Great Product!
We purchased 40+ of these. We were in the process of converting from Oki-Data 320T's which are the noisiest printers ever. These printers have a short sound, very easy to deal with, and not loud at all. Auto paper cutter is a HUGE pro for this machine. Only downside I would say is, if you are networking these, reverting back to factory settings seems to be a bit buggy/wonky. It says hold button down while turning printer on and hold for a while, but that didn't work for me. Either way, it was easy enough to change the IP through the easy to use web interface. Definitely recommended.
