Rated 5 out of 5 byJfhotmail from Did not worked properly once!I tried all combinations, went through the book to duplicate HD.Did not worked once!Freezes betwwen 20% and 70% of the job every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 bysuperduper from Warning! Does not support 4Kn drivesIt took a while to realize that this product does not support 4Kn drives, only those that support 512n or 512e. No updates are available, so if you need to duplicate an enterprise drive that is 4Kn format you need a different product.Otherwise it is a good product, we own 10 of them and so far only one fan has failed. The fans are tricky to replace, but if you take your time and keep track of all the screws it is possible.
