Rated 4 out of 5 by Netbackup is useful for providing dedicated backup services but troubleshoot feature could be improved. Valuable Features:Easily integrated with Claude portal services.Improvements to My Organization:Netbackup is useful for providing dedicated backup services.Room for Improvement:From a technical point of view, all EMC products have to improve the troubleshoot feature like, log should be in human readable format. Instead of generic errors, they should elaborate a bit more.Use of Solution:Past 5 to 6 years.Deployment Issues:Easy to deploy.Stability Issues:Wrong integration is always the cause of unstable environment. We use clusters environment and EMC Procrustes have redundant parts . We have a stable environment.Scalability Issues:Not yet.Customer Service:4.5/5Technical Support:4/5Previous Solutions:I used Sympana commvault and CA arc serve. Both the products are good for small organisations but not up to the mark for enterprise level.Implementation Team:Through vendor team; try to just know how to fix the hardware and plug the networker cable.
