Toshiba Depot
If your portable computer or PDA requires warranty hardware repair, you may use the Toshiba Depot Repair option. To use the Toshiba Repair Depot in the United States, please call toll-free 1-800-457-7777. The Toshiba Global Support Center will assist you with troubleshooting over the phone. If it is confirmed that there is a hardware failure, you will receive a Case Number for tracking your unit through the repair process.

You may be responsible for shiping charges to the Toshiba Repair Depot. Please check your Toshiba Limited Warranty terms & Conditions for details.

Upon receipt of your portable computer or PDA at the Depot, Toshiba will make reasonable efforts to complete the repair and ship your repaired product back to you within ten (10) business days.
