However, it couldn't have been easier to install - simply plug it in. No battery to connect. I am also pleased with the fact that it is small and lightweight.

Sure enough, the UPS took the surge and saved our computer! As if that wasn't enough, upon calling TrippLite to help diagnose an issue with a battery, customer service was extremely polite and helpful and I didn't wait on hold AT ALL! You don't find this these days! Thank you for your service and product!
