Just connect your device to the UPB-12K0-2U’s USB-A port using the included USB Micro-B cable or another cable suitable for your device. Press the on/off button to illuminate the LEDs that indicate the Mobile Power Bank’s battery capacity at a glance. Press the button twice to use the unit as an LED flashlight.
The portable UPB-12K0-2U’s dual USB ports provide up to 5V, 1A and 5V, 2A of power, so you can charge two devices at once. Its 12,000mAh capacity charges devices at maximum power up to 4 hours. It protects against short circuits, overvoltage, over-current, overcharges and overdischarges. Bought two more to replace the one I lost
Travelling overseas, use in hotels, customer meeting rooms for my phones. With the family, need these on auto trips, at hotels, visiting family, at the beach, anywhere outdoors. Lots of juice for multiple debices.

Great Power Bank, Reliable And Simple To Use.
Very useful product, spends more time charging other devices then it does for itself. Highly recommend if you are someone who can be away from a power outlet for extended periods of time (Ex. Camping and Hiking).

The Unintended Outcomes
I purchased this product to help me with my phone and laptop for a Spring concert! Well it was cancelled, but man I am not equipped to go on trip and other outdoor activities,as well as, weather emergencies. WOW!!

Quality Product So Far
I use the portable charger for charging my phone while being away from home and not having an electrical socket available. The charger works well and I like the fact it can charge my phone or device relatively smooth. The only part I wish it had was a built in small lightening cord to charge up an iPhone. Also, I wish the size of the charger was a little bit smaller to fit in my pants pocket.

Fantastic Charger, Life Saver
Overall this is a wonderful portable charger. Lots of power, multiple devices charged off one charge. The battery is a little heavy and does not fit conveniently into your pocket, but worth the size for the charging capacity. Two charging connections come in handy when traveling for work and charging multiple devices at the same time.

Excellent power bank. Would recommend.
I use it at my job as a Frito-Lay route salesman. I'm on my company iPhone all day long. This power bank will charge my phone very fast using very little power capacity in the power bank. I would've added USB - C ports though.
