High grade protection circuits utilize Tripp Lite's Isobar protection system with a generous combination of high quality components and unique noise filtration system. Robust surge suppression circuits with sine-wave tracking offer extreme levels of protection against the heaviest surge conditions exceeding IEEE 587 category A and B specifications. Rated 5 out of 5 byJoseph from I would definitely buy a Tripp-Lite product again.Purchased it to replace a 10 year old Tripp0-Lite under monitor Surge protector. Works great except for the extremely bright lights on it. It would be an improvement if the lights could be dimmed.

The CC could still power but could no longer protect. Glad TL still made under-monitor surge protectors. Surprised how small it was and a bit disappointed that it's no longer a metal case but glad to support a Chicago-based company.

Rated 5 out of 5 byNot 100% pleased . . . from Nice product but indicator lights way too bright!!No reason for indicator lights to be so bright. Seems like they're constantly staring you down and screaming at you. I cut a piece of black construction paper and folded it into an L-shape to block the glare. Lights are even worse in a darkened room.

It is the power source for my radio, table lamp, phone charger, electric blanket, etc. At times, there is static coming from the radio, but I have been unable to isolate its source. The product lights are bright enough to act as a substitute night light even after I attempt to cover them with small pieces of cardboard. Other than that, I am pleased with the product. It is so much more convenient to push one of its buttons to turn connections ON/OFF as opposed to having to use that function on each of them individually.
