Symantec Validation & ID Protection (VIP) key fob is an online security credential that adds an extra layer of identity protection when you sign in to Allstate two-factor enabled sites. VIP key fobs are portable devices that can easily be attached to your keychain. You will need to order one key fob per person. Key fobs may not be shared but they may be passed down from a departing user to a new user.

How does a VIP key fob work?
A VIP key fob protects your accounts and your identity by requiring a higher level of security when signing in to the Allstate network. To use a VIP key fob, press the button on the fob to generate a six-digit security code that is unique to your credential. Enter the security code when signing in to Allstate applications that prompt you to enter the code.
