Quality for the price....
We have had this copier for about 4 months and somewhat dissatisfied. When it times out, it takes at least 45 seconds to a minute to warm-up. Which in our practice, we don’t have time to wait that long. Also, when using the feeder at the top, it tends to pull the pages crooked making for nonprofessional copies. Haven’t had any issues with the fax part yet.

Good for the price
The product is a cheap all in one deivce that fills the void we had in a remote office. It is an average mid-sized copy machine that will scan to the network and serve as a network printer in our remote office. It has been in use for 6 months and the only complaint is that it is a little slow.

Slow starting, but works great when it is in use!
This printer really takes a long time to warm up, however if it is used continuously throughout the day, it prints very quick. Good quality copies and fax capabilities.

Very poor quality scanner
I purchased 6 of these devices as a front office copier/scan/fax/print. Base on my experience with this device I will not buy this model again and I do not recommend anyone buying this device. Here is why...
These devices like most printers come with one year standard manufacturing warranty. I purchase 2 of the 6 back in 07/2009 one of this is still working the other one broke a couple of months ago (scanner/copier quality problems).
I purchase one more device on 2010 which broke before the one year warranty and the whole unit was replaced under warranty. Then I purchased 3 more devices on 2011 all of these are about to run out of the one year warrantly. So al together 2 out of six devices failed in less than two years of life. That is a 30 percent failure and I still have to wait for the last tree devices I purchased to see how long they last.
I don't understand why manufacturers arenot willing to stand behind their products and give the consumers a 3 years warranty like they do with monitors and hard drives.

Highly recommended.
We were so pleased with the first unit that we have just purchased a second. The unit has helped the staff assigned to it be more productive and saved a great deal of time for them due to it's features. Does not take up much space and is fairly quiet.

This product does pretty much everything
The 3300MFP is great, It does just about anything from faxing, scanning and printing; everything I need to keep my office running. The scan quality is great and the printing quality is clean and error free. I would and I have recommend this product to my co-workers and friends

Terrible machine
not only is this machine so slow, the copies aren't the best. I wish we
never got this one. Everyone in the office complains about it.

Great for a small office!!!
We needed a new printer and out fax machine was getting long in the tooth. The 3300MFp definatley fit the bill. Easy install. Network faxing is great, although the software could be better. Duplex printing and great image quality. An Excellent value.

Great product!
I love my Xerox, and the fact that it's everything I need combined into one unit. It's size is perfect for my little office too! Had it 2 years now and no problems at all.

Great Print Quality!
I use my Phaser 3300MFP a lot and it goes for a long time on the print cartridges so it costs less to run everyday and the print quality is GREAT! I've adjusted mine to fine print and it still looks great. I definitely recommend this product to everyone who needs/wants a reliable machine.

I used a real expensive machine at another office (leased it) before trying the Xerox. Purchasing it was one of the best decisions i made.

Pretty Good Purchase
I like the Phaser 3300MFP. I like the fact that it multi-function (Fax, Printer, scan, copy machine) It has been a joy to have compared to my old printer that only was a printer. I enjoy having two trays of paper. If I were to say anything that needs to be changed....I don't like the delay to fax something. It takes time to warm up and then except the number. My school system won't link the scan option with my computer so I have to do everything by flashdrive. But that's nice that someone else can use my scanner without using my computer ...that's a plus. Overall I enjoy using it everyday at work.

Great for small business! Can get better for the buck
We had to upgrade from our old printer/copier so after shopping around (and getting a heads up from our IT guys) we decided on the Phaser 3300MFP. Color is not important for our needs but we needed something compact and easy to use. Having the fax machine with this unit was also a huge bonus. Setting up was EXTREMELY EASY for all functions, printing, copier and fax (storing numbers on face another added bonus) Easy to read screen, ergonamically arranged buttons and customer support fantastic. The only issue we have had is the ADF will jam at times, usually the issue has been a crinkled paper trying to go through. Highly recommend!!!!

As an Admin. Asst, I find that this copier offers great function without breaking the bank. While the speed is average, the scan feature proves to be an invaluable tool for our office.

Great product for the price
We use this product in a surgical center. The printer is reliable and efficient. I have noticed that we are going through far less toner cartridges than we did in the past. Furthermore, the network scan function is intuitive and user friendly.
Overall, this is a superb product. Moreover, at this price it cannot be beat for value.

A Lot of MFP for the money
I own two of these units (home office and office office). I have been consistently happy with the 3300MFP. It offers fast scanning and printing, along with a reliable automatic document feeder. It has the advantage of network scanning, which earlier Xerox models in this price range lacked. I found the setup software easy to use and the feature set excellent. One minor annoyance is that the warm-up time for first page out is quite long if the printer is used infrequently. I would recommend this unit.

Great buy
I'm an IT manager for a fairly large retail chain. We put one of these in every store across the country on one of Xerox's managed print contracts. Since they service it for us, we didn't need to buy a warranty.
Users are happy with the print and scan quality and we rarely see any reliability problems. If you do high volumes, this isn't the machine for you, but if you're prnting 500-1000 pages a month, it is perfect.
Best product I've seen in this class... didn't really think Xerox was this strong in small desktop mfps.

Although the machine is affordable and reliable, setting up the network scanning and email is not as easy as it looks. The instructions doesn't give you enough and detailed information.

Jammed, not ready for a 7 doc practice.
Had to stop using this printer. Jammed. Unable to use in a 7 doctor practice. Would not recommend. Had to sent into repair twice.

Bought this multi-function machine to replace an older Xerox MFP. Pros: Scanner does a nice job reproducing images, fax machine seems to work fine. Cons: mostly on the printer side...takes FOREVER to "warm-up", even if you've printed something a few minutes earlier. Copier feed causes images to be copied at an angle and if you have a busy printing day, the machine gets very warm. Last but not least, I find myself power cycling a couple times a week due to random error messages. All in all, an alright machine, but doesn't hold a candle to my old MFP.

We use this Phaser as a sole machine for 50 employees for all incoming and outgoing faxes. It is truely a work horse. It never jams and we have had no problems with it other than a small scratch on the feeder lense that caused a line across faxes. I called a tech out and this was buffed out and fixed within our service contract. We also use it for copying small jobs since it seems to copy better than many of our copy machines. I am very happy with this product and would buy it again. Although it never breaks, so I may not need to.

This machine works well for a few months, then it consistently jams and always has an issue. Very slow to warm up, and the print speed is somewhat ok. If you have a small or medium sized office/business, just spring for the higher end HP
