We installed the kit about 3 weeks ago and the printer is working just fine.

I had problems with the fuser since about 6 months in on getting my VersaLink C400. It was very frustrating when I found out that the fusers don't last and this is a common issue. That's what happens when you purchase a new product and don't have many reviews to look over. But, my VersaLink C400 seems to be doing well so far. I'm not sure how long it will last before my papers start coming out krinkled again. Hopefully not for a long time. I would rate this a 4, but because of this continuous problem I might have to deal with, a took another star away. Average is better than below average.
