IBM Lotus Web Conferencing enables people to work together online, instantly and securely, from wherever they may be located - down the hall or around the world, within and outside the organization. It provides easy, immediate access to colleagues, customers, and Business Partners, without IT involvement, enabling the fast and convenient exchange of information. Using an intuitive meeting-room metaphor, participants can view shared presentations, documents, and applications over the Web, as well as document spontaneous ideas and interactions using the online whiteboard. With this solution, third-party audio services (available separately) can be integrated into the Web conference to provide a visual indication of who is participating in both the audio and Web portions of the meeting, as well as indicate who is speaking at any given time.
