Benjamin D. Chereskin currently serves as a member of our Board of Directors and as a manager of CDW LLC, our wholly owned subsidiary. Chereskin is President of Profile Capital Management LLC, an investment management firm.

Prior to founding Profile Capital in 2009, Chereskin was a Managing Director of Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm, having co-founded the firm in 1992. Prior to the founding of Madison Dearborn, Chereskin was with First Chicago Venture Capital for nine years.

Chereskin serves on the boards of directors of Advanced Micro Instruments, Inc., Cinemark, Inc., FedData Holdings, LLC, Little Dish Holdings Limited (Chairman), Panzura Investments LLC, Phoenix Defense LLC (Chair), Solis Mammography and KIPP-Chicago Schools. During the previous five years, Chereskin also served as a director of Boulder Brands, Inc., Expel, Inc., the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools and University of Chicago Medical Center. Chereskin is a graduate of Harvard College where he earned a bachelor’s degree and a graduate of Harvard Business School where he earned a Master of Business Administration.
