Mukesh Kumar is Chief Services and Solutions Officer for CDW and responsible for leading all aspects of CDW’s services and solutions businesses, comprised of Integrated Technology Solutions and Digital Velocity practices. In this capacity, he is focused on accelerating growth, and delivering innovative, customer-driven solutions that meet our customers where they are in their full-stack and lifecycle journey.

Kumar brings nearly 30 years of deep technical expertise and experience in scaling technology services and solutions to CDW, along with a proven track record of driving transformative change across the services, solutions and partner ecosystems.

 A career consultant, Kumar began his journey as a hands-on developer and architect at boutique firms like Avenue A | Razorfish, where he focused on custom development and data solutions. He joined Slalom Consulting in 2005 as an enterprise architect and over the next two decades rose through the ranks to become President of Technology.

In that role, Kumar led Slalom’s global technology business, scaling services across the Americas and building one of the most admired high-growth services engines in the industry. He also oversaw the company’s extensive technology partner ecosystem spanning more than 800 partnerships, including AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, and Google, helping position Slalom as a partner of choice and consistently outperforming much larger competitors. Known for pairing deep technical fluency with people-first leadership, Kumar brings a growth-oriented mindset rooted in the belief that no transformation scales without empowered people.

Kumar earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Punjabi University and a Master of Software Engineering degree from Seattle University.
