At this year’s CDW Summit 2026 in Dallas, CDW’s Ben Weiss shared his belief that AI success starts with a clear objective and defined outcomes. He said many organizations fail because they become too enamored of the technology before they’ve even figured out what they want from it or how to apply it in real life. As an example, he offered some of CDW’s experience and discussed the ways the company has learned to balance multiple strategies to deliver on expected outcomes.
