Knowledge 2026: The Rise of the ServiceNow Ecosystem
As ServiceNow expands its domain beyond the IT help desk, it also offers a vast network of partnerships to drive successful adoption of agentic artificial intelligence.
At Knowledge 2026 in Las Vegas, ServiceNow frequently cited its ability to meet customers where they are, sharing a commitment to integrating systems and programs with many other service providers. As CDW’s Kevin Griggs said, there isn’t any single provider that can provide “all of the expertise necessary to deliver the whole solution,” which makes strategic partnerships so valuable.
According to Griggs, CDW is unique in ServiceNow’s partner ecosystem. Not only is the relationship reciprocal, with each company providing technology to the other, but they’re also working together to leverage their respective expertise on behalf of customers and partners, delivering the digital experience, infrastructure management and cybersecurity requirements for agentic AI.

Video Highlights:
- In describing the evolution of ServiceNow, Kevin Griggs of CDW said, “It’s become a system of workflows. It’s how you manage the work in your environment and how you take the data from that work and leverage that using AI and other tools to achieve an outcome.”
- According to Griggs, CDW is unique in the marketplace because it meet its customers’ hardware and software needs, as well as helping with network infrastructure and managed services.
- Griggs said the focus of many conversations at Knowledge 2026 was on “how we can develop solutions that are going to allow customers to hold data sovereignty over the data being used by their AI agents in ServiceNow and other technologies.”
