Empowering Hybrid Collaboration: Logitech Solutions for the Modern Workplace

Logitech has led the way with technology innovations that support modern workers in a variety of work environments.

Teams collaborating in hybrid workspaces

The evolution of work has accelerated in recent years. Work used to be about spending the day at a location, such as an office, but work is no longer tied to a place. Rather, it is something people do wherever they’re most productive.

Technology has been a key driver of this evolution. The modern workspace is a blend of office, home and remote locations. It’s flexible meeting rooms, focus spaces, and huddle rooms. In fact, the home office has evolved to be almost as important as any conference room within a corporate office. Today, people are looking for flexibility and choice in all of the new rooms and workspaces that they’re in.

Workers’ expectations have evolved along with work and workplace technologies. Users want to have the same experience everywhere, so the modern workplace must have connected spaces with a consistent and flexible experience available to everyone who’s using them. Logitech has been at the forefront of these changes, offering new tools and capabilities to enable workers to get their jobs done no matter where they are.

How Logitech Devices Have Evolved With the Workplace

Logitech solutions have evolved along with work and workplaces. What was once perceived as a company that made keyboards and mice has grown to offer a full ecosystem of collaboration technologies to support workplaces.

In March 2017, Microsoft introduced its Teams collaboration platform. A few months later, Logitech launched its MeetUp videoconferencing camera. Collaboration hasn’t been the same since.

MeetUp arrived as huddle rooms started to become a popular option for many workspaces. It featured a 4K camera with a 120-degree field of view, as well as USB connectivity and an integrated speaker and microphone. It made videoconferencing much simpler while also providing features such as pan-tilt-zoom camera capabilities and beamforming microphones for clear audio, which significantly improved the user experience.

Logitech followed up in 2024 with the MeetUp 2, which incorporates AI to deliver even more user-friendly features. The MeetUp 2 uses Logitech’s RightSight 2 technology to offer capabilities such as auto-framing and noise cancellation to create a better, more equitable video experience.

Among other solutions Logitech has added to its offerings are the Sync management suite and the Brio product line. Sync is a cloud-based platform for managing video collaboration devices across an entire workplace. It provides a portal from which IT teams can handle room and desk setups as well as firmware updates. Sync also offers analytics into space usage, occupancy and device health, helping IT teams to optimize hybrid work environments. Brio webcams offer ultra-high definition 4K video, noise-canceling microphones, plug-and-play connectivity, and AI enhancements such as auto-framing.

How Logitech Delivers for Modern Workers

Logitech’s innovations help organizations — both users and IT teams —stay on the right side of workplace evolution. Users find that the collaboration tools deliver a more equitable experience, ensuring that all meeting participants are seen and heard. Plus, features such as one-touch join make it easier to use the technology within a room, simplifying the experience for users and IT professionals.

The management features make it easier for IT teams to monitor and troubleshoot their collaboration tools and to deploy, configure, update and maintain large fleets of devices remotely. Overall, organizations see smoother meetings and significantly less friction across all of their spaces.
