Solution assurance including establishment of requirements and design
Physical installation including rack, stack and power of equipment
Implementation of PowerStore solution including testing and customer acceptance
Deliverables including product demonstration, daily worklogs and build documentation
Project coordination and single point of contact
This service includes the following components:

Service Brief
This service provides the deployment of one (1) additional Disk Expansion Enclosure with a new deployment of a PowerStore solution. This service requires the purchase with a qualifying Sirius PowerStore implementation service. The deployment includes installation, storage configuration, provisioning, and verification of storage access to up to one (1) additional Disk Expansion Enclosure.

Dell EMC Project Management – 8 Hours

SIRIUS QUICK ORDER SERVICES FOR DELL EMC PROJECT MANAGEMENT 8 HOURS

SERVICE BRIEF: SIR-DEL-STG-026

For each quantity listed in the proposal, this service provides the customer with one 8-hour segment for a Dell EMC Project Management Resource for project control and oversight in order to keep the customer informed. Tasks may include:

Prepare and facilitate project kickoff meeting
Define milestones, schedule, roles, and responsibilities
Serve as Sirius’ single point of contact and escalation point
Identify and engage Sirius resources to execute the project tasks
Management of contract change control (i.e., ensure all change requests are created, analyzed and reviewed as appropriate, manage through to closure)
Ensure deliverables, terms, and conditions are met
Prepare and provide client project completion and survey documentation

The specific Project Management Resource assigned will be determined by Sirius based on customer requirements. This service will be provided “remotely" or scheduled around local resource availability, if, due to Customer’s schedule or requirements a remote or local resource cannot be used, expenses may be charged for reasonable out-of-pocket travel and living expenses.

Dell EMC VxRail Single Node Implementation

SIRIUS QUICK ORDER SERVICES FOR DELL EMC VXRAIL SINGLE NODE IMPLEMENTATION

For each quantity listed in the proposal, this service deploys one (1) VxRail node (or Witness appliance) as part of a VxRail cluster that is associated with a specific hardware platform recently purchased. The hardware installation provides onsite hardware racking into customer supplied racks, cabling, powering up, initializing a new Dell EMC VxRail cluster within the Customer’s environment. We start with a site readiness review, planning and recommendations. A single point of contact for localized project management. Post-deployment configuration assistance, testing, and product orientation will provide a solid start.

This service implements one (1) VxRail node (or Witness appliance) within one (1) VxRail cluster
Gain a full understanding of the current state of the existing environment
Planning and physical deployment of the VxRail solution
Project Management for single point of contact and resource coordination
Project documentation and knowledge transfer
Verify connectivity and complete deployment verification
